- To clean your diamonds, use a soft bristle brush and a mixture of mild soap and warm water. Use the brush and this solution to gently clean the stone. If you want to really make your diamond shine, however, try using an ammonia-based cleaner.
- To restore your gold pieces, make a solution of warm water and a teaspoon of dishwashing liquid. Simply dip your gold jewelry into the solution and then use a soft bristled brush to eliminate any residue or marks. Once done, rinse off each piece in clean water and leave them out to dry.
- To clean your silver jewelry, make a mixture out of water and baking soda and set your pieces into aluminum foil. Let your pieces soak in the mixture for about 30 minutes. After time is up, remove the pieces and then use a soft cloth to wipe them clean.
